Debraj Hazra leads FinAudit CPA as Managing Partner. He is a US Certified Public Accountant licensed in Montana and a chartered accountant with both the ICAEW and the ICAI, bringing more than 15 years of experience across attestation and technical accounting.

His work spans SOC examinations and the financial reporting behind them: US GAAP, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Ind AS, along with M&A accounting, lease accounting, revenue recognition, and IPO advisory.
